My youngest, Reid, has decided to take up soccer this year. Although no one in the family currently plays, and my wife actively tries to avoid the year round rain or shine sport in the lower mainland.
Years of passing soccer families standing supporting their children has not attracted her to wanting to do the same... yet Reid somehow started playing a the tail end of the last school year and has been non stop kicking a ball around.
I got to document his first https://www.fusionfc.ca game day this past Saturday, it was so much fun watching him enjoy the sport.
